The municipal governing bodies that the development site lies within are Flagler County and Ormond Beach. Ormond Beach is within Volusia County.
There are currently 1,100 homes built in Hunters Ridge; the project is conceptually approved with a DRI for 1931 additional homes in 13 development pods spanning 1,493.03 acres.
These development pods have been designed to contain a range of lot sizes from town homes to estate lots to accommodate a variety of product lines, demographics and always room for the developers to modify final layouts to their preferred models.
This will also create a scenario in which the developments will be both attractive and non-competitive with each other during development. The County is extremely optimistic about this project and wants to work with us to get this project build up in an expedited manner.
