Development Strategy
Hunters Ridge Acquisition and Development (HRAD) is the master planner/developer.
HRAD will continue to work on this project daily completing the following tasks:
- | HRAD will work with the terrific team he has put together to design and implement the development in the highest and best use.
- | HRAD will guide the project forward by ensuring that all government approvals are up to date. Including, modernizing the current redevelopment regime to comport with current Florida State law and regulations.
- | Will continue its transparent and on-going relationship with municipal stakeholders for the mutual benefit of the County and the development.
- | Will continue to generate mitigation credits by ensuring that enhancements are conducted on an on-going basis throught-out the conservation areas.
- | The developer will create a beautiful regional park as a key amenity to members of the development community. To help facilitate mitigation credits and enhance the neighborhoods.
The projected sellout for this project is 6-years. HRAD has no intention of building any homes on his own, nor does he intend to own and operate any of the commercial properties.
The developer will continue to work extensively to formulate a plan of action for this development. He has done so by working hand-in-hand with County officials and many professionals who have been involved with this project for over 15 years.
