Glen Fishman is the principal at Hunters Ridge Acquisition and Development, LLC. Prior to joining Hunters Ridge Acquisition and Development, LLC, he worked as a consultant in the real estate industry for over 35 years.

Highlights include:
• | Planning and implementing over 7,800 residential units and numeros commercial projects throughout the Northeast.
• | In conjunction with an institutional hedge fund, overseeing Kara Homes portfolio's emergence from bankruptcy, consisting of 27 unique developments and over 1,000 units.
• | Providing advisory and consulting services to numerous high net worth clients, which involved repositioning assets and providing lending facilities.

Mr. Fishman has worked in numerous states including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Ohio and Tennessee. He holds a B.A. from Thomas Edison College. Mr. Fishman first discovered the Hunters Ridge Development in mid 2020. After conducting nearly 7-months of due diligence, he felt that with total dedication, this neglected project can become a spectacular asset to the community and the region.
