Glen Fishman is the principal at Hunters Ridge Acquisition and Development, LLC. Prior to joining Hunters Ridge Acquisition and Development, LLC, he worked as a consultant in the real estate industry for over 35 years.

Highlights include:
• | Planning and implementing over 7,800 residential units and numeros commercial projects throughout the Northeast.
• | In conjunction with an institutional hedge fund, overseeing Kara Homes portfolio's emergence from bankruptcy, consisting of 27 unique developments and over 1,000 units.
• | Providing advisory and consulting services to numerous high net worth clients, which involved repositioning assets and providing lending facilities.

Mr. Fishman has worked in numerous states including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Ohio and Tennessee. He holds a B.A. from Thomas Edison College. Mr. Fishman first discovered the Hunters Ridge Development in mid 2020. After conducting nearly 7-months of due diligence, he felt that with total dedication, this neglected project can become a spectacular asset to the community and the region.

With extensive experience in real estate and lender consulting, Jake joined the Hunters Ridge board as Chief Operating Officer. Over the past four years, under his leadership, we have successfully designed, integrated, and developed four residential subdivisions, secured approvals for four additional projects, and completed the development of a self-storage facility. The project is on track to complete all 16 residential subdivisions in the coming years.

Jake's tenure has been marked by significant accomplishments, including securing key approvals, building three miles of infrastructure, selling five completed subdivisions, and establishing the project as a thriving and dynamic development.

In addition to his role on the Hunters Ridge board, Jake serves as Developer and Chief Operating Officer at Strategic Development LLC, where his expertise ensures successful project outcomes. He plays a critical role in advancing projects from intake to profitability, overseeing design, approvals, fieldwork, and contract negotiations.
